Brice Poisson’s recipe, adapted for the Indian climate, requires layering with French butter, a very slow process of fermentation, and eventually shaping of each viennoiserie by hand.

Whether you choose a croissant, pain au chocolat, raisin roll or one of our double baked almond croissants, your day is off to a great start.
