Brice Poisson started baking in France, in 1997, at the "Centre de Formation Professionel" of the Champagne Region of France. He then trained under Laurent Bonotti (member of the National Institute of Bakery and Pastry).
Authentic, natural & healthy.
Since then, Brice has honed his craft, and spends hours testing new ingredients, so that he can develop each new bread, pastry and viennoiserie, bringing a taste of Paris to Pune, with La Bouchée d’Or.
Brice approaches his breads as an artist, not a businessman.
His independent artisanal bakery in Pune allows him the freedom to remain true to his mantra : The best quality & authenticity means no compromises.
La Bouchée d’Or breads are made with the purest ingredients. We have zero tolerance for additives, colours (natural or articifical), flavour-enhancers, or preservatives.
